Okay, Enough is Enough!

I agree we shouldn't discriminate against people regardless of race, gender or religion, but some people and the Gov't have taken it way too far. And the FBI is taking it way, way too far in trying to be "sensitive" to Muslims.
The FBI believes its agents still aren't sensitive enough to Muslims and their culture, so the bureau has extended by "a few weeks" its Islamic cultural "enrichment" training program, WND has learned.

During a recent outreach event at a Washington-area mosque, FBI officials also reassured a large turnout of concerned Muslims that the bureau is not profiling Arabs and Muslims for terrorism, and has made investigating alleged "hate crimes" against them and other minorities "the second-highest priority in the criminal division of the FBI."

This is wrong on several levels.

1) Why is the FBI being overly sensitive towards Muslims and worried about "hate crimes" when the number of hate crimes towards Muslims is less than 1/4 of what it is towards Jews. If they are so worried about hate crimes towards religions, then they ought to concentrate protecting the Jews, not Muslims.

2) Not "profiling" Muslims for terrorist activities is also wrong, because if you don't profile Muslims who will you profile? The Swedes? Since 99% of all terrorist acts today are perpetrated by Muslims, why not start with that group?

3) Treating Muslims in a special way is wrong, because it is reverse discrimination. All should be treated equally, no one group should be given special treatment as CAIR and other terrorist loving Muslim groups want.

I am so tired of our Gov't bending over and kissing Islamic ass, it is wrong and demeaning to us as a people. No special treatment for Muslims, just equal treatment.

In Remembrance

Today in remembrance of the barbaric behavior that Muslims displayed 2 years ago over the publication of 12 cartoons depicting Muhammad in Danish newspapers, I will proudly publish my favorite cartoon of all:

To me this cartoon captures the essence of Muhammad and his stone age followers.

Can't Refute It, So Argue on a Tangent

I wrote a post back in 9/2006 on "The Differences Between Christianity and Islam", which I found through Technorati was recently linked and discussed by a Muslim at The American Muslim.

Here is what I wrote:
And I am not talking about the big differences, because if you look, there are some similarities. Christianity believes in 1 God (made of 3 parts), Islam has 1 god, Christians are people of the Book (New and Old Testament) and Muslims are people of their book, the Koran, and both hold Jerusalem as a Holy place.

No, the big difference is how we go about making converts, how we deal with insults and our legal system. Christians are instructed by God to preach the Good News to non-believers, where as Muslims are instructed by their prophet to preach their faith, and if the person doesn't convert, to kill them. Christianity's goal is not to take over the world and control the world's Gov't, Islam's is. Violence in the act of faith is one the biggest and most glaring difference that can be seen daily. I am not saying Christianity is a non-violent religion, our past is full of it, from the Crusades to the Inquisition, but that is way in the past. Christianity has evolved and civilized to where violence is not the norm, but a very obscure abnormality. Where as violence for Muslims is a daily occurrence, and a sought after means to their ends. We don't burn and kill because someone made a slight against our God, God can take care of himself, and in the end that person will have to answer to God, where as Muslims throw fits, spew hate, burn and kill, because someone mildly insulted their prophet, not even their god. We don't target the innocent in the name of our faith as where Muslim believe that there are no innocents, thus all are fair game to their killings. Christians don't want to be at war with Muslims, we would rather preach to them, and if we can't settle our differences, then go our separate ways. Where as Muslims want to bring their war to us, purposefully trying to obliterate our way of life and our faith. We don't impose a barbaric legal system upon our believers and non-believes, we don't believe in 'honor killings', beheadings, or the cutting off of limbs for minor crimes, and we don't especially kill someone that convert to another religion.

The avocation of violence to convert, violence to protest an implied insult, violent and degrading legal system, violence to take over the world and violence against the innocent are what separate Christians from being similar to Muslims. Christianity and Islam will never truly see eye-to-eye, because of their proclivity to violence to obtain their goals, as where we know the end results of goals, God has the final judgment.

And here is their argument refuting what I wrote:
Let’s look at the premise that “violence is not the norm” in Christianity. How to measure something like this is tricky, but this was certainly not true throughout large portions of history. Whether it is true today is arguable. One look at our our cities, our schools, or even our homes, and violence by Christians, and every other group, is apparent. Since 9/11, there has been a rise in hate crimes against minority groups, and the aggressors often identify themselves and their motives as being Christian. Looking at the bigger picture, what country is the primary supplier of weapons to the rest of the world? Hint: it is not a Muslim country. What country has the highest military expenditures per capita of any country on earth? See previous hint. Which country has proposed bombing other countries into the stone age? The answer to all three is the US, which no one would identify as a Muslim country. Those who developed and dropped the atom bomb were a multicultural group--but none were Muslim. Looking outside the US, where have arguable violent and repressive systems like fascism, communism, and Naziism been produced? Not in Muslim countries. Was it Muslims who carried out the Rwandan and Bosnian genocides? Are the Italian and Russian mafias Muslim? Are the South American drug cartels Muslims? Who talks about sanctions, pre-emptive strikes, invasions? Who allows the torture of Muslims in various secret and not-so-secret prisons. What religion was Timothy McVeigh? The IRA?

So, the idea that ALL violence or terrorism is Muslim is laughable. All these examples show, as would a simple glance at any collection of court-documents, that there is an unfortunately common occurence of violence today, and it does not all involve Muslims (not even close). By population, violence is an aberration found in EVERY group.

What does military expenditures have to do with an inherent violent society? Just because we have the technology, and Muslim countries don't, to make weapons, does that make American Christians more violent?

Notice how this person did not refute one statement that I made about Muslims being more violent that Christians. Yes, they bring up wars involving Christians, WWI & WWII, but they were not started by Christians, but secular societies. And as I stated before, Christians don't protest, kill and riot for perceived insults, we don't believe in barbaric honor killings of family members, we don't purposely target innocent women and children for death to make political and religious statements. And our legal system would not imprison a victim of gang rape. Last, but not least, Christians today do not kill Christians that convert to other religions, or refuse to convert to ours.

I never said that Christian nations are non-violent nations, I said that the violence is not the norm and where in Islamic societies it is, and is accepted as the norm.

Profiling or Caution?

This story is an interesting case: Six Middle Eastern males, that were flying home from San Diego to Chicago, were detained and question because they were heard speaking Arabic before getting on the plane.
Six men of Iraqi descent who were heading home from doing training for the U.S. military have sued American Airlines, saying employees detained and publicly humiliated them after another passenger voiced suspicions.

The men, who sued in U.S. District Court in Detroit alleging racial discrimination, say airline employees grounded their Aug. 28 flight from San Diego to Chicago and detained them, believing they were security risks.

The men, some of whom are U.S. citizens, were returning to the Detroit area after training Marines at California's Camp Pendleton on Iraqi culture when another passenger expressed concerns to guards partly because she heard the men speaking Arabic.

After taxiing from the gate, pilots returned the plane to the terminal. The six men were segregated and detained while the airline helped more than 100 passengers find hotel rooms, according to a prepared statement from the men.

...

"They treated me like a terrorist," Al-Watan, 30, said in the statement. "We didn't do anything wrong, but they made everybody scared of us."

Flight 590's crew returned the plane to the gate to resolve potential security problems, airline spokesman Tim Wagner said in a statement.

This case highlights the sticky issue of what is racial profiling and what is the acknowledgment of security concerns.

Let's look at both sides. first the six Iraqis side:
- They work for a company that helps train the US military. And just finished training Marines.
- They are Pro-American
- They are on their way home and were chatting among themselves in their native language, Arabic
- Their plane was returned to the terminal and they were taken aside and questioned
- They feel as if they were specially detained and questioned because they are Middle Eastern males.
Are they right to sue? Were they actually discriminated against?

Now the airline and passenger's side:
- 6 Middle Eastern males are speaking Arabic before getting on the plane
- No one can understand what they are saying
- All past uses of airplanes as terrorist weapons have been by Middle Eastern males
- The airlines has the responsibility to protect their airplane and passengers
- They were not arrested, just taken aside and questioned
Did the airline and airplane crew discriminated against these men? Or did they act out of valid security concerns?

It is a combination of both, but in the end the airlines took the correct actions.
These men were profiled and they were singled out because of their nationality and the language they used. They were detained and questioned, which is not wrong, their rights were not violated. They are suing because they were humiliated, and profiled.

But on the other side, the airlines held up it's responsibility to protect the plane and passengers, because the historical facts show that Middle Eastern men have used planes as terrorist weapons and have killed 3000 people with them. We also have the facts that Islamofascists are still trying to harm innocent Americans anyway they can. Whether it be a car bomb, gun or plane, they are out there trying.

This situation could have been adverted if a little thought by both sides had been used. The Iraqi men should have known that they would cause an uneasiness of the other passengers because they were speaking Arabic. If they had spoken English, other people would know that their conversation was innocent and not to be concerned. If the airlines had questioned them before they boarded the plane, no one would have missed the flight. And if the TSA had Arabic speakers that could listen to the conversation and interpret what was being said, then the issue would have settled beforehand.

Do I believe in profiling - Yes, it can save lives, but in actuality is not being done early enough to prevent the real Islamic Terrorists from acting. I also believe that the TSA and airlines should train their personnel in Muslim culture and languages so they can spot the innocent Middle Eastern male having an innocent conversation in Arabic from the one that is tense and acting as a terrorist would.

But when in doubt, err on the side of caution.

Muslims Want Peace With Christians

138 Muslim scholars wrote a letter to the Pope and Anglican Archbishop pleading for peace between to the two religions or else.
Prominent Muslim scholars are warning that the "survival of the world" is at stake if Muslims and Christians do not make peace with each other.

In an unprecedented open letter signed by 138 leading Muslim scholars from every sect of Islam, the Muslims plead with Christian leaders "to come together with us on the common essentials of our two religions."

The Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr Rowan Williams, and Pope Benedict are believed to have been sent copies of the document which calls for greater understanding between the two faiths.

The letter also spells out the similarities between passages of the Bible and the Koran.

The Muslim scholars state: "As Muslims, we say to Christians that we are not against them and that Islam is not against them - so long as they do not wage war against Muslims on account of their religion, oppress them and drive them out of their homes."

I am all for it, but for there to be peace between Christianity and Islam, Muslims must demonstrate that they really want peace. To do that they must make a honest and substantial effort to reign in the extremists that are a big portion of Islam. They also must respect and not persecute Christians living in Muslim countries, along with not persecuting and killing those that convert from Islam to Christianity. They must renounce the idea of a world Caliphate and renounce those that are actively seeking it.

And last, but not least, Muslims must get over their idea of being victims like they think they are:
"...so long as they do not wage war against Muslims on account of their religion, oppress them and drive them out of their homes."

If Muslims want peace, they must demonstrate it through actions, not rhetoric or empty words.

Let's see what happens.

Why?

No, I am not asking this question to be sarcastic, I am really wanting to know why we are experiencing the turmoil, anti-Americanism, full tilt leftism, and terrorist loving in America, by Americans today.

I grew up in California during the 60's and early 70's, I saw and experienced the Hippie movement that went on there, I saw the Vietnam War on TV every night, I saw the demonstrations against the war, I saw the bombings by the SDS and Weathermen, but their anti-Americanism and leftism is nothing compared to what we are experiencing today.

So I ask "Why?"

Why do people believe that it is a woman's right to abort a living child when ever she wants?

Why does the Democratic Party hate America, and want our military to lose in Iraq? Really why would they wish for something like that?

Why do the Left hate our people in the military, the people that sacrifice their lives so the Left doesn't have to?

Why is it so abominable to say the Pledge of Allegiance with God in it?

Why does the ACLU and Atheists hate God so much?

Why does Left lie without any qualms or guilt?

Why do some minorities and Gays believe that America owes them something?

Why is America and other countries kissing Islamic ass? Those that want to destroy our civilization?

Why do people think they have to control every aspect of our lives, pass laws to protect us from ourselves, and just be obnoxious Nannies?

Why can't people accept the truth when it is based on fact, and have to create nutty conspiracy theories? Why does a large portion of the American population believe these nuts?

Why can't the MSM just report the news instead of applying their political bias to it?

Why is there a large increase in anti-Semitism? Why do Jews vote Democrat?

Why do we have generations that are born and live out their entire lives on entitlement programs?

Why are Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton given any credibility?

Why do people blindly accept the Man-Made Global Warming Myth without asking for a contradictory data? Are they stupid sheep?

Why is CAIR given any kind of forum to spread their terrorist pap?

Why must I watch what I say, lest I "offend" someone?

This is just a small list of the questions I ask myself, some I have a idea of what the answers are, must most I cannot figure the illogical answer to.

America had better figure out the answers and correct the problems, otherwise we may end up like Britain, a Nanny State, being led by spineless liberals and on the edge of being overwhelmed by Muslims.

The Hypocracy of the ACLU and Other Dhimmis in America

As the ACLU fights even the hint of Christianity displayed by any taxpayer funded gov't or organization, they ignore the growing intrusion of Islam into these same area. So why aren't they up in arms and filing lawsuits in Indianapolis?
Indianapolis airport officials have announced plans to add footbaths for Muslims who wish to wash before their five-times-daily prayer rituals, and that's just too much for one pastor, who has called for residents to organize and protest such an establishment of religion.

The issue has been appearing in more and more airports and other public facilities in recent weeks, where Muslim immigrants are a growing segment of those who drive cabs, and spend hours waiting on arriving passengers for their fares.

And why should the airport officials cater to Muslims, when they wouldn't even think to do the same for Christians or Jews?

And where is the ACLU while these Islam specific foot-washes are being built?
The ACLU has not opposed the installation of the religion-specific facilities in other locations. When the University of Michigan installed footbaths in campus restrooms, it concluded that the university's reason was for "practical cleanliness and safety."

That's right, foot-baths built for and only used by Muslims for religious purposes are totally acceptable, but you had better not even think of putting up a cross or displaying the Ten Commandments! Can't have those!

Such is the dishonest mind-set of the ACLU.

And what is the response of Muslims to the outcry against this dhimmitude? Guess.
Shariq A. Siddiqui, executive director of the Muslim Alliance of Indiana, said the real issue is that American Muslims face intolerance every day.

"The problem I have with him is that he associates Muslims with the enemy," Siddiqui said. "For him to demonize all of us is the problem."

That's right, we are Islamaphobic! It has nothing to do with the fact for decades that America has been attacked by activist Atheists and the ACLU for any hint of Christianity in public, and Islam is being given preferential treatment, nah, that couldn't be it. It has to be Islamaphobia.

I say if they are built with public funds, the public has the right to use them, so what do you think the response will be if Christians and Jews started using them? Hmmmm?

Oh, I Get It Now...

Our friends, the most understanding and tolerant Saudi Arabians says it's OK to practice non-Islamic religions, as long it is in private.
Non-Muslims in Saudi Arabia are free to practise their religion in the ultra-conservative Gulf kingdom but must do so in private, the head of a government watchdog told AFP on Monday.

"This matter is well known and doesn't require reasserting -- non-Muslims can conduct their religious ceremonies in secret but not in public," said the head of the Saudi Human Rights Commission, Turki al-Sudairy.

Yeah, Yeah, I get it, in secret, as in so no one else knows that you are worshiping any other God than Allah. That's mighty tolerant of y'all. I bet you feel real generous letting non-muslims practice their own faith, but you don't want to be bothered with knowing about it, eh?

Do the words "religious bigotry" mean anything to you? I didn't think so.

The MSM Ignores Reality, Even When It Will Kill Them

Ace, owner/proprietor of the Ace of Spades Headquarters blogsite, has an incredible rant on how the MSM is ignoring the a important portion of latest Pew poll of American Muslims. And that portion is that 26% of American Muslims in the age of 18 to 26 believe that it is acceptable to kill innocent Americans in defense of their religion.

I repeat: That's 26% of American Muslims in the age of 18 to 26 believe that it is acceptable to kill innocent Americans in defense of their religion.

Read Ace's rant, it is worth the time and effort.

Muslims Trump First Amendment Rights - CAIR Silences a Blogger

As bloggers we live and breathe because of our Constitutional First Amendment Right of Free Speech, but we also worry that someone, someday, will take that Right away. Well that day has happened, and it happened to a blogger that I've known and read for years. His name is Vilmar and he was the author of Ranting Right Wing Howler and before that he was the co-host of the Barking Moonbat Early Warning System. BMEWS was one the first blogs I ever read, commented on and was the first blog to ever link my new fledgling blog back in 2004.

After leaving BMEWS, Vilmar started his own blog the Ranting Right Wing Howler, in which like many of us ranted on the crap we saw and read. Vilmar especially did not like Radical Islam and posted on their agenda, CAIR and the special treatment CAIR was pushing for in America. Was Vilmar over the top in his postings? In my opinion, he may have been (but that's just me), but it is also his Right, that is until CAIR got put a stop to it.

You can read the whole story here at BMEWS, and decide for yourself. And if you click on the link for Ranting Right Wing Howler you get the following message from Vilmar:
Well, folks, there was quite a brouhaha created over the suspension of my account.

Some people are all upset at Hostgator for shutting me down and have written them saying so and there are others who are in favor of them shutting me up.

Hostgator .... and I .........are stuck in the middle of this mess with them being inundated with thousands of emails for and against my blog.

Most of you will recall that back in November I posted about needing to take a break. What you don’t know is that the “break” was not working and that I truly am tired of this blogging thing.

I was going to drop the blog at the end of the year anyway and these events precipitated...and advanced....my scheduled quitting.

I’m sorry if I disappoint some of you and you may think I’ve been “forced” into this decision by Hostgator. Well, there can be nothing further from the truth.

The owner of Hostgator was kind enough to call me tonight and we discussed it in detail. He wanted to get a better understanding for what had transpired and in the course of the conversation I told him I was planning to quit blogging anyway so this could end up being a win-win for everyone. I can see his point and like many commenters at other blogs have said, the TOS are his company’s to define and if they think I violated them, then my only recourse is to find someone else. I will not be choosing that option.

Thank you all so much for having participated over the past year or so. Especially my guest bloggers. It was fun. It was real. And for me, in the past couple of months it had not been “real fun.”

See you all around the blogosphere. I’ll still be reading and when the urge hits, maybe even comment.

One more thing, please don’t be too critical of Hostgator. They’ve been a great web hosting service and were extremely helpful whenever I had issues to be dealt with to include backups and upgrades.

Put yourselves in their shoes, OK?

I don't blame the hosting company, the blame lays solely on CAIR, that didn't like what they read and wanted to (and succeeded) in trampling Vilmar's First Amendment Right.

CAIR has links to Muslim terrorist organizations, their purpose, which they have stated, is to have Islam one day RULE America. And they can do this by shutting down those that voice opposition to their agenda, which right now appears to be bloggers.

So think about this: Today it's Vilmar, tomorrow it could be you or me.

This Is What I Have Been Talking About

I have been saying for years that America needs a Muslim organization that will speak out against the radicalism within Islam that is behind the terrorism around the world. And I found one thanks to Hot Air! The name of the organization is Free Muslims Coalition.

I have reviewed their site, and read their positions, and I can say that I am impressed.

Here is their view on terrorism:
The Free Muslims Coalition believes that there can NEVER be a justification for terrorism.

The Coalition believes that fundamentalist Islamic terror represents one of the most lethal threats to the stability of the civilized world. The existence of Islamic terrorists is the existence of threats to democracy. There is no room for terrorism in the modern world and the United States should take a no-tolerance stance on terrorism in order to avoid another tragedy, along the lines of 9-11. With the added threat of biochemical weapons, the call to defeat terrorism has never been so urgent.

Their views on Israel/Palestine:
To summarize, the Free Muslims are asking the Palestinians to reach out to their Israeli and Jewish partners and say the following:

"We understand why the state of Israel is important to you. We are fully aware of the persecution that Jews suffered throughout history and the necessity of having a safe heaven for Jews. We also understand that Jews have historical and religious ties to Israel/Palestine. We believe that every Jew shall have the right to move to Israel and become a citizen immediately. We also welcome Jews to visit and to reside in the West Bank and Gaza. We want the Palestinians and Israelis to live together as neighbors, friends and countrymen. In return, what we want is freedom, liberty and equality for the Palestinians. Will you meet us half way?"

The Free Muslims are also asking Israelis and Jews to reach out to their Palestinians Partners and say the following:

"We understand why Palestine is important to you. We are fully aware of the suffering the Palestinians have experience over the last 100 years and the necessity of having a safe heaven for Palestinians. We also understand that Palestinians have historical and religious ties to Israel/Palestine. We believe that every Palestinian shall have the right to move to Palestine and become a citizen immediately. We also welcome the Palestinians to visit and to reside in Israel. We want the Palestinians and Israelis to live together as neighbors, friends and countrymen. In return, what we want is permanent security, liberty, equality and the total freedom to be Jews. Will you meet us half way?"

I suggest reading all their positions, news and their blog, because I found it very enlightening to find modern moderate Muslims after having to hear nothing but CAIR spout out their victimization crap.

Thank You Free Muslim Coalition, you are what Muslims in America need to read and hear, not just the radical's side.
