- People being stupid enough to believe in the pandering "Hope" and "Change". and if they are stupid enough to believe this tripe, then they are too stupid to be allowed to vote!

- The high cost of food and gas, all because the Chicken Littles and enviro-nazis what to save the world, that doesn't need saving.

- The MSM (I don't have enough space to list all the reasons).

- The Public School system that is trying to brain wash our children with revised PC history, Darwinism, the "Being Green" BS and handing out condoms.

- "The Surge has Failed" No Senator, your perception of reality has failed.

- Leftard cities trying to impeach and/or arrest President Bush and VP Dick Cheney.

Things That Chap My Ass

If you have been a reader of mine for a while you will notice that I have my pet peeves, things that I write about more than others. These are the things that really chap my ass!

Things like:

Man Made Global Warming - the latest movement to guide the lemmings over the cliff of reasoning and sanity. It has not been proven, decided or totally agreed upon, and the ones that tell you it has are liars and frauds.

Hypocrisies and Lying Rhetoric - Generally anything the Left or members of the Democratic Party say. If their lips move, you know they are lying.

Anti-Americanists - Those that say they love America, but then proceed to tear it down. Those that are Americans and never have a good word to about it at all. Those that we wish would move somewhere else, thank you very much.

HollyWeird Liberals - Give it a rest would ya? Yes, you have the right to utter inane banalities, and yes I have the right not to pay to see your crappy movies.

The ACLU - The only truth in the name of the American Civil Liberties Union, is Union. As in the Union of Soviet Socialists.

The UN - Why are we wasting money on this joke? It should be called the United Arab Anti-American and Civil Right Violators Organization, that would be closer to what it really is.

Truthers - Crazies that are given a voice in the public forum. The Government's microwave beams must have gotten screwed up when it was beamed into these peoples heads. Just imagine thousands of your crazy Aunt Sally jabbering about the same thing - there you go.

Stupidity - You know, those that say, do or believe the most stupid things. I blame it all on modern medicine, they would have died off long before they had a chance to be stupid, if it hadn't been for modern medicine.

The "Offended" - You know those people whose feelings get hurt over the slightest slight, even if the slight was not meant for them or couldn't possibly be offensive to a reasonable person. Easy solution: STFU and Get Over It!

Frivolous Lawsuits - Lawsuit that clog our courts bought by stupid people, assholes, the "offended", activists trying to change the law through the courts and those that qualify for the Darwin Award. The way to stop them is fine both the plantiff and their lawyer for wasting everyones time and money.

Bad Manners - The loud ass pig in the restaurant, the common civility challenged, the mother that doesn't say NO to her kids, and the rude person in the parking lot. The solution to instilling manners on these people is a Louisville Slugger across the back of the hand.

The Nannies - Those that think they need to protect me from me. The power hungry control freaks that believe that they are doing the best thing for you as they take away your freedoms and rights. Can you say Michael Bloomberg? I knew you could!

Islamist and their apologists - Want to kill me, want to conquer the world and want to force the conversion of everyone to Islam. Treat their woman worse than animals, barbaric Shara Laws, and cowards. And those that apologize for them and call them the "Religion of Peace". Vermin!

Eco-freaks (aka Bunny Fornicators or Tree Huggers) - No, that stupid rodent, fly, salamander, or tree is not more important than development or humans. And if you think so highly of them, why don't you marry the damn thing!

The Donks - To describe the Donks, see all of the above.

It is not that I get irritated about everything, just those things or people that try to impose their will, stupid ideals or laws on me, or those that want to take away my God given Rights as written in our Constitution. I am a very tolerant man, but the small list above jerks my chain and gets me riled.

No, I am not asking this question to be sarcastic, I am really wanting to know why we are experiencing the turmoil, anti-Americanism, full tilt leftism, and terrorist loving in America, by Americans today.

I grew up in California during the 60's and early 70's, I saw and experienced the Hippie movement that went on there, I saw the Vietnam War on TV every night, I saw the demonstrations against the war, I saw the bombings by the SDS and Weathermen, but their anti-Americanism and leftism is nothing compared to what we are experiencing today.

So I ask "Why?"

Why do people believe that it is a woman's right to abort a living child when ever she wants?

Why does the Democratic Party hate America, and want our military to lose in Iraq? Really why would they wish for something like that?

Why do the Left hate our people in the military, the people that sacrifice their lives so the Left doesn't have to?

Why is it so abominable to say the Pledge of Allegiance with God in it?

Why does the ACLU and Atheists hate God so much?

Why does Left lie without any qualms or guilt?

Why do some minorities and Gays believe that America owes them something?

Why is America and other countries kissing Islamic ass? Those that want to destroy our civilization?

Why do people think they have to control every aspect of our lives, pass laws to protect us from ourselves, and just be obnoxious Nannies?

Why can't people accept the truth when it is based on fact, and have to create nutty conspiracy theories? Why does a large portion of the American population believe these nuts?

Why can't the MSM just report the news instead of applying their political bias to it?

Why is there a large increase in anti-Semitism? Why do Jews vote Democrat?

Why do we have generations that are born and live out their entire lives on entitlement programs?

Why are Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton given any credibility?

Why do people blindly accept the Man-Made Global Warming Myth without asking for a contradictory data? Are they stupid sheep?

Why is CAIR given any kind of forum to spread their terrorist pap?

Why must I watch what I say, lest I "offend" someone?

This is just a small list of the questions I ask myself, some I have a idea of what the answers are, must most I cannot figure the illogical answer to.

America had better figure out the answers and correct the problems, otherwise we may end up like Britain, a Nanny State, being led by spineless liberals and on the edge of being overwhelmed by Muslims.

Just when you thought that Ted Kennedy couldn't sink any lower into Lake Chapaquitic, he sets a new standard. Ted the Swimmer in a push to get his "Hate Crime" amendment past, making it a federal crime to say or think anything nasty about Gays, goes and implies that our military is full of bigots.

Edward Kennedy, D-Mass., and Gordon Smith, R-Ore., have trashed the collective reputations of millions of U.S. military service members in order to advance their "hate crimes" legislation, which would make it a crime to utter a negative opinion about homosexuals or their lifestyle, a pro-family group says.

The U.S. Senate yesterday approved an amendment by Kennedy and Smith to install in federal law a ban on such expressions of religious and personal opinion. The amendment was added to the Department of Defense Authorization bill, which is needed to keep funding worldwide U.S. military operations.

"[The] senators humiliate[d] our brave men and women in uniform by alleging that America's military is a haven for bigots committing 'hate crimes'," said Wendy Wright, the president of Concerned Women for America.

"The Defense Authorization bill has been twisted to shamelessly smear our military. Alleged crimes by military members are already prosecuted, so the point of an amendment accusing military members of committing 'hate crimes' is to create the perception that America's military is rife with violent bigots," Wright said.

This bill isn't about protecting gays in the military, it is about restricting the Freedom of Speech of Americans. And for Ted and RINO Smith to slander our military to push for this Orwellian bill is disgusting and unhonorable.

And what can we expect from this new law if signed:

Maybe Jesse Jackson Ought to Apologize to Great Britain

Scam Man Jesse Jackson, still living in the past and wanting to humble Whitey, is saying that Great Britain ought to apologize for the Black Slave Trade.

The slave trade officially was abolished in the British Empire in 1807, but Jackson said Britain today rests on the profits generated by the trade, and the government should apologize for it.

In a new book, Robert Davis, professor of history at Ohio State University, developed a unique methodology to calculate the number of white Christians who were enslaved along Africa’s Barbary Coast, arriving at much higher slave population estimates than any previous studies had found.

Most other accounts of slavery along the Barbary coast didn’t try to estimate the number of slaves, or only looked at the number of slaves in particular cities, Davis said. Most previously estimated slave counts have thus tended to be in the thousands, or at most in the tens of thousands. Davis, by contrast, has calculated that between 1 million and 1.25 million European Christians were captured and forced to work in North Africa from the 16th to 18th centuries.

It's not only the Black Africans that were enslaved and sold as chattel property, White Christians have felt the master's whip also.

Jesse wants everyone to think of slavery as a "White on Black" crime, but that is not the case. slavery was the way of life for centuries and it was not just Blacks that were enslaved, it affected all cultures and races.

What is Progressive? Part Deaux

When I originally wrote "What is a Progressive?" in 2004, I was venting on those that thought they were better than everyone else because they embraced the Progressive cause. Those that call themselves "Progressive" are really Liberals that have hate traditions and things like honor and integrity because those things get in the way of their idea of "progress". Things have changed since I wrote the first post, and not for the better. So I thought I would update my rant and add some new progressive/liberal ideas.

Is it really "Progressive" to:

- Continually push for research using Embryonic Stem Cells that destroy human life and have shown nothing as far as progress, when Adult Stem Cells research has been very successful?

- To vocal espouse "Democracy", but will not support our endeavor to help the Iraq people to achieve it?

- To say you are "Patriotic" and "Support Our Troops", while writing wounded soldiers hate mail and protesting them at Walter Reed Hospital?

- To embrace "Moral Relativism" where the only difference between Good and Evil is the person's viewpoint, and believing that Saddam Husein and other mass murders are not evil?

- To coddle the enemy combatants held at Gitmo, wanting to give the rights of Americans, when they have vowed to destroy all Americans by their actions?

- To want to tax the hard working middle class of America, and then giving the money away to those that don't want to work and believe they deserve a hand out?

- To embrace dhimmihood?

- To want to outlaw the private ownership of guns, but want their bodyguards to carry one?

- To protect Muslims from being "offended", but calling Christians "Christianists", "fundies" and calling Christ "Jeebuz", and while doing everything you can to eliminate Christianity from American life?

- To support our enemies, while hating our country and it's countrymen?

- To say that you are pro-American, but want the UN to set our foreign policy?

- To support the terrorist backed Palestinians over the Democratic Israelis?

- To support the concept that man is the cause of "Global Warming" when there is no conclusive proof and stifle any dissension on the issue?

- To insist upon your right of Free Speech, while stifling the opposition's Right to the same Free Speech?

- To claim that you stand up for all minorities, while do your best to keep them in poverty and taking them for granted?

- To love Muslims and Hate Jews?


To "progress" is to move forward. But the Progressive's movement is not forward movement towards improvement, their movement is towards shackling of Americans with "Hate Speech" restrictions, Political Correctness, the taking of human life lightly, Nanny Laws, religious limitations, hatred, and the elimination of the Constitution.

To HELL With "Offending" Muslims, Teach History, Not Political Correctness

In NannyLand, the UK, or should I say IslamoLand, history teacher are editing history, the Holocaust and the Crusades in particular, so as not to "offend" Muslims.

Schools are dropping controversial subjects from history lessons - such as the Holocaust and the Crusades - because teachers do not want to cause offence, Government research has discovered.

Some teachers dropped the Holocaust completely from lessons because of fears that Muslim pupils might express anti-semitic reactions. One school avoided teaching the Crusades because its "balanced" handling of the topic would directly contradict what was taught in local mosques.

It's history, it happened, it's part of what we are, so teach it, and don't get all caught up in being PC or worrying about "offending" someone. If they don't like it, TFB, it happened! This is one of the stupidest ideas I have ever heard coming out of the UK, the Holocaust happened, 6 million Jews were cruelly killed because they were Jewish, that is reality! As for the Crusades, how can you ignore them? Not only are they part of European history, put they are part of Middle Eastern and Muslim history. What about ignoring the part when the Muslims occupied Spain? Should we ignore that? Or when they took back the Holy Land at the end of the Crusades?

People are getting waaaaaaaaay too serious about "offending", I have a simple motto: Get Over It!!!

According to the 9th Circuit Court, "Marraige" and "Natural Family" are "Hate Speech"

The Uber-Liberal 9th Circuit Court (the same court that outlawed "In God" from the Pledge of Allegiance) has backed the City of Oakland in it's uber-gay stance on the words "marriage" and "natural family".

The ADF's decision follows an announcement by the Pro-Family Law Center (PFLC) in Temecula, Calif., to appeal a 9th Circuit Court ruling last week that censored the terms "natural family" and "marriage" as offensive.

That case originated on Jan. 3, 2003, when Regina Rederford and Robin Christy, two employees of the City of Oakland, posted a notice on a city bulletin board in response to a message announcing the formation of a homosexual employee association.

Rederford and Christy noted that "Good News Employee Associations is a forum for people of faith to express their views on the contemporary issues of the day with respect for the natural family, marriage and family values."

The city manager ordered the message removed because it contained "statements of a homophobic nature" and promoted "sexual-orientation-based harassment."

The employees filed suit in July, claiming that the city's anti-discrimination policy "promotes homosexuality" and "openly denounces Christian values."

When the matter reached the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the court "concluded that municipalities have a right to literally dictate what form an employee's speech may take, even if it is in regard to controversial public issues," the PFLC says on its website.

"Shockingly, the court concluded that the interest of Christian employees in speaking out on the issue of marriage is 'vanishingly small' and that the 'administrative' interests of a city are more important than speech rights," the group said.

So any mention of the natural and normal family of one man and one woman or family values are hate speech? What's next? The word "normal" because that may offend non-normal gays? Or how about deeming "cat" hate speech because that may offend dog owners? Deeming any word as "hate speech" is ludicrous and offensive to me, thus I now state that the words "9th Circuit Court" and "Oakland" are hate speech and will be outraged if they are uttered in my presence!

Is There an End? Or Will All Speech Be Outlawed?

Ann Coulter's "faggot" utterance has brought "hate speech" and speech in general to the forefront, which was her real intention, to focus on ridiculous speech and the behavior of those that feel that they are "offended." But what I don't understand is the backlash against Ann by those on the right, they should know better.

What is "hate speech"?

The American Heritage Dictionary defines it as:
"Bigoted speech attacking or disparaging a social or ethnic group or a member of such a group."

Others define it as:
"speech that attacks a person or group on the basis of race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation."

But according to Wikipedia, which goes a lot further in its definition, it is:

"Hate speech is a controversial term for speech intended to degrade, intimidate, or incite violence or prejudicial action against a person or group of people based on his or her race, gender, age, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, language ability, moral or political views, socioeconomic class, occupation or appearance (such as height and weight)."

Wikipedia includes everything under the sun as being the victim of "hate speech"

Is it wrong? Yes, it disparages people. Should it be outlawed? NO!!

The idea that "hate speech" should be banned (as NY City is trying to do), that it be against the law (as Canada and other tyrannical nations have done) is wrong, because you shouldn't ban free speech.

This nation was founded on the principle of freedom of speech, the right to say those things that are hurtful and against society's norm, because if you ban the right to speak out against the Gov't or other tyrannical groups of people, you have removed the key building block that holds up the rest of freedoms from falling down and being lost.

I want to know where the banning of "hate speech" will end, I want to know if I can't say "little" any more for fear of offending "vertically challenged" people, can I mention "car" or do I have to be sensitive to those that can't drive and respect their feelings too. Where does it end?

There will be no end, as long as those that want to control our lives and our speech, deem certain words as "hateful", they will always find others that "they" think fit in that category.

So until it against the law (which I pray I never see), I have the right (as does Ann Coulter), and without having to go to homo-rehab, to say faggot, raghead, illegal alien, or bugger eating moronic Donk Leftard.

The Kos Kommies, who maintain a double standard, have struck back at Ann Coulter. They were able to post the contact information of advertisers on Ann's blog site and got 3 of them to pull their ads.

Verizon, Sallie Mae and Georgia-based NetBank each said they didn't know their ads were on AnnCoulter.com until they received the complaints.

A diarist at the liberal blog DailyKos.com posted contact information for dozens of companies with ads on Coulter's site after the commentator made her remarks about Edwards at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington on Friday.

I wonder if anyone of these advertisers has read the Kos? The crap posted there makes what Ann said look like a Sunday church sermon. But then again, they speak power to truth, and Ann is just a racist conservative.

It's a game that the Council of American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), has "mastered," Daniel Pipes, a critic of the group and director of the Middle East Forum, told Cybercast News Service.

Pipes said CAIR was "perpetually on the prowl for any incidence of anti-Muslim sentiment, real or imaginary, spontaneous or provoked, major or minor."

The organization's goal, he said, was "to make the United States like so many other countries - a place where Muslims, Islam and Islamism cannot be freely discussed."

If you disagree with Islam and it's precepts, you can't saying anything in public, otherwise you are "Islamophobic". "Islamophobic" along with "Homophobic" is a false claim cast by 'victims' to divert attention away from their wrong doings and onto the the one denouncing them, and most of the time it works in PC burdened America. Just because someone speaks out against Islam, or Islamic Terrorists, their violent ways, their barbaric Sharia Law doesn't not mean that that person fears Islam, it just means that they don't respect it and want the truth to known concerning Islam.

Personally I am sick and tired of victimization and how people bend over backwards to accommodate the 'victims', they do not deserve any special treatment, no more anyone other American. If you want to see real victims, then look no further than the hundreds of thousands of men, women and children slaughtered in Dakfur, because they were not Muslims, slaughtered by Muslims. They are the true victims in this world, not six imams trying to scam an airline.

Muslims Trump First Amendment Rights - CAIR Silences a Blogger

As bloggers we live and breathe because of our Constitutional First Amendment Right of Free Speech, but we also worry that someone, someday, will take that Right away. Well that day has happened, and it happened to a blogger that I've known and read for years. His name is Vilmar and he was the author of Ranting Right Wing Howler and before that he was the co-host of the Barking Moonbat Early Warning System. BMEWS was one the first blogs I ever read, commented on and was the first blog to ever link my new fledgling blog back in 2004.

After leaving BMEWS, Vilmar started his own blog the Ranting Right Wing Howler, in which like many of us ranted on the crap we saw and read. Vilmar especially did not like Radical Islam and posted on their agenda, CAIR and the special treatment CAIR was pushing for in America. Was Vilmar over the top in his postings? In my opinion, he may have been (but that's just me), but it is also his Right, that is until CAIR got put a stop to it.

Well, folks, there was quite a brouhaha created over the suspension of my account.

Some people are all upset at Hostgator for shutting me down and have written them saying so and there are others who are in favor of them shutting me up.

Hostgator .... and I .........are stuck in the middle of this mess with them being inundated with thousands of emails for and against my blog.

Most of you will recall that back in November I posted about needing to take a break. What you don’t know is that the “break” was not working and that I truly am tired of this blogging thing.

I was going to drop the blog at the end of the year anyway and these events precipitated...and advanced....my scheduled quitting.

I’m sorry if I disappoint some of you and you may think I’ve been “forced” into this decision by Hostgator. Well, there can be nothing further from the truth.

The owner of Hostgator was kind enough to call me tonight and we discussed it in detail. He wanted to get a better understanding for what had transpired and in the course of the conversation I told him I was planning to quit blogging anyway so this could end up being a win-win for everyone. I can see his point and like many commenters at other blogs have said, the TOS are his company’s to define and if they think I violated them, then my only recourse is to find someone else. I will not be choosing that option.

Thank you all so much for having participated over the past year or so. Especially my guest bloggers. It was fun. It was real. And for me, in the past couple of months it had not been “real fun.”

See you all around the blogosphere. I’ll still be reading and when the urge hits, maybe even comment.

One more thing, please don’t be too critical of Hostgator. They’ve been a great web hosting service and were extremely helpful whenever I had issues to be dealt with to include backups and upgrades.

I don't blame the hosting company, the blame lays solely on CAIR, that didn't like what they read and wanted to (and succeeded) in trampling Vilmar's First Amendment Right.

CAIR has links to Muslim terrorist organizations, their purpose, which they have stated, is to have Islam one day RULE America. And they can do this by shutting down those that voice opposition to their agenda, which right now appears to be bloggers.

So think about this: Today it's Vilmar, tomorrow it could be you or me.
