More Illogical Thought Used in the Case of Illegals

I cannot understand the thought process of some people that think that illegals have rights to anything in America, when they are here ILLEGALLY and unsanctioned. But there are a lot of these illogical thinking people, and now a bunch of them have sued the US Border Patrol for apprehending 3 illegal teenagers at a High School.
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) -- A Hispanic advocacy group on Wednesday sued the U.S. Border Patrol, Albuquerque Public Schools and police, alleging they violated three Hispanic students' rights to an education.

The Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund alleged in the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court that the constitutional rights of the students -- all illegal immigrants -- were violated when they were arrested on immigration charges at Del Norte High School last year.

The lawsuit contends campuses are safe havens for students.

"The case itself has broader implications," said David Urias, MALDEF's lead attorney on the case. "It's with Latino and Hispanic students in school in general. We don't want federal and local law enforcement to single out Hispanic students and interrogate and seize them without cause while they're on school grounds."

The lawsuit said the three students, all natives of Chihuahua, Mexico, were questioned and searched in March 2004 by a police officer in the presence of two school administrators. Two of the boys were apprehended on the school yard, while a third youth was taken out of a classroom to be turned over to Border Patrol agents after it was learned they were undocumented.

Perales said the incident was mentally and emotionally devastating to the youths who were taken into custody. The lawsuit seeks unspecified financial damages for their suffering.

But school officials said they have a policy guaranteeing students access to an education regardless of their immigration status.

Urias said a precedent for the case was set in 1982 when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that illegal immigrants could not be denied a public education.

Let me get this straight, 3 illegals were caught at a High School that they were attending, are being deported, and a bunch of Mexican Americans are suing because the illegal's Constitutional rights to American Taxpayer Funded Education has been denied. What a crock of Chihuahua droppings!! Are these illegals paying the tax to support educational costs? Are they entitled to an American education when they are here ILLEGALLY and uninvited? Then why should they expect a free education. The Supreme Court decision to allow the educating of illegals needs to be reviewed, because where in the Constitution does it say that we have to provide an education to people here ILLEGALLY? I am tired of people expecting America to provide free education, healthcare benefits, and Social Security to those that here in America ILLEGALLY!!! It's time to clean this mess up once and for all, send them all home, close the borders tighter than a gnats anus, and then only allow those in, that can benefit America with hard work. America should not have to carry the burden of the underprivileged of the world. That’s my opinion and I am sticking to it.
