Reversed Allegiance
Burning of an American Flag is a right protected by the First Amendment, and that is acceptable to the California University system, but you had better not burn the flags of Terrorist groups!
Even though the College Republicans were later found not in violation of the Student Speech Code, the idea that some student can actually be considered at all of violating this PC terrorist loving speech code is unthinkable. And what I want to know is how does the stomping the flags of Hamas and Hezbollah cause "intimidation" and a "hostile environment" when these flags represent Terrorists, cowardly barbarians that kill innocent women and children, that want to kill us? How can someone be "intimidated" unless they are a terrorist supporter? And if they are a terrorist supporter, then why are they getting an education at our federally funded college?
This shows me that the Calif. university system has an allegiance to terrorist groups and not to America, so why are they still receiving federal funds?
Socialism, misplaced values and the support of terrorists, that is what is being taught in California. Love a Muslim, Hate an American, that is their motto.

A lawsuit filed by the Alliance Defense Fund is targeting the speech codes imposed on students by the university system in California after several students were prosecuted for the "desecration" of flags used by terrorist groups.
The trouble began at an Oct. 17 anti-terrorism rally in which the students stepped on butcher paper painted to resemble the flags of the Middle East terrorist organizations Hamas and Hezbollah. The College Republicans say they simply copied the script from an image on the Internet and didn't know it bore the name of Allah in Arabic script.
A student who is not a member of the club had filed a complaint with university officials after the protest.
The student claimed that the Republican students engaged in "acts of incivility" and "intimidation" and created a "hostile environment" by publicly walking over the terrorist flags.
"I believe that the complaint is [about] the desecration of Allah," a university official told The San Francisco Chronicle.
