Don't the Donks Get Tired of Being Hypocrites?

You would figure over time that the Donks would wise up to the fact that the people are not stupid and know that they are hypocrites. But they don't, they continue to lie, and accuse others for something they have done themselves or approve of. Case in point: President Bush commutes Scooter Libby's prison sentence for being excessive, and the Donks scream bloody murder:

Hussein Obama - "This decision to commute the sentence of a man who compromised our national security cements the legacy of an Administration characterized by a politics of cynicism and division, one that has consistently placed itself and its ideology above the law. This is exactly the kind of politics we must change so we can begin restoring the American people's faith in a government that puts the country's progress ahead of the bitter partisanship of recent years."

Nancy Pelosi - "The president said he would hold accountable anyone involved in the Valerie Plame leak case. By his action today, the president shows his word is not to be believed."

The Silky Pony - Only a president clinically incapable of understanding that mistakes have consequences could take the action he did today. President Bush has just sent exactly the wrong signal to the country and the world."

And the Hillary - This commutation sends the clear signal that in this administration, cronyism and ideology trump competence and justice."

All because the President commuted the excessive sentence of 2 1/2 years for Libby's shoddy memory. He didn't steal Gov't documents, he didn't accept a bribe, he didn't take kickbacks, no, all he didn't was not remember something that made no difference anyway, because Plame was outed by Armitage and wasn't a covert agent at the time.

And speaking of memories, why don't the Donks remember these pardons:
- William Arthur Borders, Jr.: Conspiracy to corruptly solicit and accept money in return for influencing the official acts of a federal district court judge, and to defraud the United States in connection with the performance of lawful government functions; corruptly influencing, obstructing, impeding, and endeavoring to influence, obstruct, and impede the due administration of justice, and aiding and abetting therein; traveling interstate with intent to commit bribery
- Roger Clinton: Conspiracy to distribute cocaine
- Robert Clinton Fain: Aiding and assisting in the preparation and filing of a false corporate tax return
- Susan H. McDougal: Mail fraud, aiding and abetting in misapplication of Small Business Investment Corporation funds
- Marc Rich: Wire fraud, mail fraud, racketeering, racketeering conspiracy, criminal forfeiture, income tax evasion, and trading with Iran in violation of trade embargo

No, those are forgotten in their zeal to smear President Bush. How convenient they forget the pardons of Bubba Clinton, and really convenient of Hillary to forget. And I don't remember any outrage from the Donks when Bubba pardoned Hillary's brother, her friend Susan McDougal, or Marc Rich, whom gave them a butt load of money to be pardoned.

When Donks open their mouths, you can expect Hypocrisies, Lies and Political Rhetoric, not the truth.
