Enforcement, Not Appeasement

Because the Fed Gov't won't enforce our current Immigration laws, we are in a big mess. And because of this appeasement to those that enter our country ILLEGALLY, we have seen a rash of lawsuits against Americans by ILLEGALS and they are winning in our appeasing courts. The Village of Mamaroneck was sued by day labors, many whom are ILLEGALS, to stop the village from enforcing the law, and they won!
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Hours before the planned opening of a new day laborer hiring site Tuesday, a Westchester village ratified a tentative agreement prohibiting police from routinely asking workers' immigration status or otherwise discriminating against them.

The agreement, disclosed by plaintiffs' attorneys, comes after day laborers successfully sued the Village of Mamaroneck. It was ratified 3-1 Monday night by the Village of Mamaroneck Board of Trustees, though must still be approved by federal Judge Colleen McMahon.

The village would also pay more than half a million dollars of the workers' legal fees.

Because it would be a federal court-approved settlement, the agreement could influence the treatment of day laborers elsewhere around the country, where they have become an increasingly visible symbol of the immigration issue.

How is this possible? The answer is because of the lack of emphasis by the Federal Gov't on enforcement, and by the ruling of a liberal bleeding heart judge, the "day laborers" are free from being asked their immigration status and get their legal fees paid.

Americans are fed up with ILLEGALS getting a free ride on our dime, we want enforcement, not appeasement!
