Injustice Was Done, and Justice Corrected It
If you hadn't heard, the case against the 3 Duke LaCrosse player has been dropped by the NC State Attorney General's office.
The injustice of the rush to charge these player by Durham County Prosecutor Nifong has been overturned. Now the justice of Nifong being disbarred and ridden out of the state on a rail is forthcoming. And expect civil lawsuits against the County and Duke University for it's assumption of guilt and the firing of the head LaCrosse coach.
As Fred Barnes said on Brit Humes show last night, how many other times has this type of action against the innocent happened?
