We Will Weather the Storm

As I write this post, and as you all know, the Donks have won control of the House and are currently tied in the Senate with 2 states too close to call. How many seats the Donks have gained is not decided yet, but right now it appears to be as many as 30.

We are in for some tumultuous times ahead, but not all is lost.

As I was watching the elections on Fox, I did notice that a large portion of the gains by the Donks in the House were by conservative Democrats, and they may not go for the radical agenda that Pelosi and her comrades have planned.

Additional Thoughts:

- Pelosi may not be the Speaker of the House, there are several Donks that don't care for her, or want the power for themselves.

- The Donks all have agendas, and the clambering for attention to their agendas may create chaos and nothing will be accomplished.

- Gridlock

- If the Donks try and push their radical ideals, it will show America what really lies beneath their rhetoric.

- The current Republican Congress should come together and rush through key legislation will they still have the majority. Such as permanent Tax Cuts and Immigration.

The next 2 years are going to be interesting to say the least. And as a blogger, I can say I will have a lot of material to work with.

So put on your rain gear and be prepared to weather a storm.
