I Blame Global Warming!

Everything bad happening these days is blamed on the "Global Warming" myth or President Bush. So when an eagle carrying a deer's head crashes into power lines causing a blackout in Juneau AK, I can't really blame that on President Bush, so it must be "Global Warming."

JUNEAU, Alaska - About 10,000 Juneau residents briefly lost power after a bald eagle lugging a deer head crashed into transmission lines.

The bird, weighed down by the deer head, apparently failed to clear the transmission lines, she said. A repair crew found the eagle dead, the deer head nearby.

"You have to live in Alaska to have this kind of outage scenario," said Gayle Wood, an Alaska Electric Light & Power spokeswoman. "This is the story of the overly ambitious eagle who evidently found a deer head in the landfill."

The power was out for less than 45 minutes Sunday.

If it wasn't for "Global Warming", then the deer head wouldn't have been in the landfill and if it wasn't for "Global Warming" the eagle wouldn't have been crazy enough to pick it up. And finally, if it wasn't for "Global Warming", the eagle would have had enough lift to make over the power lines.

See the freak accident wasn't really a freak accident, it was because of "Global Warming!"
